Terms of Service
Effective October 1, 2026
These terms cover your use of this website and the requests you send through it. The Third Place (“we,” “us”) operates the venue at 836 Pollasky Ave, Clovis, CA 93612. By using the site or sending a request, you agree to these terms.
1. Requests, estimates and reservations
- Sending a request through Check Availability does not reserve the venue. A date is held only once your deposit is paid and the rental agreement is signed.
- Instant estimates and “from” prices are non-binding and based on the details you provide. Your quote or rental agreement sets the final price.
- Cleaning, staffing, security, insurance, equipment and other event-specific services may cost extra.
- Prices, packages and availability can change until a booking is confirmed.
2. Your rental agreement comes first
Every event is governed by its own rental agreement, which covers payment terms, cancellations, damage, insurance and venue rules. If that agreement conflicts with these terms, the rental agreement controls for your event.
3. Venue policies
- Wedding weekends run Friday 8:00 am through Sunday 2:00 pm. Daily cleaning is included in the wedding weekend price.
- Full-day buyouts are a single day of 10 to 12 hours. Daily cleaning is required and may be billed separately. The same customer can’t book full-day buyouts on back-to-back days.
- Guest counts must stay within the venue’s permitted occupancy. Larger requests need our written approval.
- The commercial kitchen isn’t available to rent until final county permitting is complete. Until then, kitchen requests are inquiries only.
- We may require proof of event insurance and certificates of insurance from your caterers and other vendors before your event.
- Alcohol must be served according to California law, including by licensed bartenders where required. We may ask for documentation.
4. Vendors and referrals
We may introduce you to caterers, bartenders, cleaners, photographers and other vendors. They are independent businesses, not our employees or agents, and their services are governed by your arrangement with them. We may receive a commission or referral fee from some vendors. That doesn’t change the price they quote you.
5. Website content and photos
Photos show the space as it was when they were taken. Furniture, layout, equipment and décor may differ on your date. Site content, including text and photos, belongs to us or our licensors and may not be copied for commercial use without permission.
6. Using the site
Please don’t submit false or automated requests, try to access accounts or areas that aren’t yours, interfere with the site, or scrape it. Admin areas are for authorized users only.
7. Other websites
Pages like Local link to other businesses and to map services for your convenience. We don’t control those sites or businesses, and a listing isn’t an endorsement. Walking times and hours are approximate.
8. Disclaimers and limits of liability
The website is provided “as is.” To the fullest extent the law allows, we aren’t liable for indirect or consequential damages arising from your use of the site, and our total liability for any claim about the site is limited to $100. This section doesn’t limit any rights you have under your rental agreement or under law that can’t be waived.
9. Governing law
These terms are governed by California law. Disputes about them will be handled in the state or federal courts in Fresno County, California.
10. Changes and contact
We may update these terms. The effective date above shows the latest version. Questions? Email patrick@streamlinedconsulting.online. See our Privacy Policy to learn how we handle your information.
